New Treatment

We are pleased to introduce Hot and Cold Stone Massage. Hot Stones can create a state of deep relaxation, warming the muscles, enables tissues to be manipulated deeper.  Cold stones can promote circulation and act as a powerful decongestant for the body.  They can be good for massaging areas which are inflamed, and can also help ease any deep muscle spasms. 

Switching between hot and cold application, can increase fluid movement within the tissues, and so toxins can be removed and healing can be increased. 1 hr treatment is £50
